If you are not able to post an Agape Letter in time, or if you would prefer to use e-mail, you can use the site's facilities to send Agape Letters to either Pilgrims or Team members on forthcoming Walks. This will be received by one of the board members and handed directly to the Support Team. Like the sun rising over the sea, the majestic mountains, a waterfall, a rainbow……… to name but a few. Take a moment and think of some of the times when God’s creation left you in awe and wonder at His Greatness. These are His gifts for us in every day and yet they are nothing compared to the agape love He has for us. To begin to define ‘Agape Love’, one could only say real Love beyond what we can comprehend, love so unconditional, expecting no response and nothing in return. It was Agape Love that God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son. God loves you so much – in spite of our sin and failures – unconditional love. The agape gifts that you make are an act of unconditional sacrificial agape love – the purpose to remind the pilgrims of Gods love for them As we begin to prepare for the next set of Walks (and Flights/Journey), please take time now to listen to the prompting of the Holy Spirit – Christ is Counting on You. Thank you for all the acts of agape in the past – many of them I know might have gone unnoticed, but our Lord knows – thank you. Prayer Agape Often when Jesus spoke in parables he would start with the words “listen…….”. Now that you are listening this is the most important agape gift … interceding in prayer for the walks and other communities around the world. Come beautiful people, lets begin to be a praying community. The prayer vigils are now found online - click on one of the Prayer Vigil links. This makes the prayer vigil available to the whole community and I would encourage you to sign up early to avoid disappointment.
